UGC CREATOR AGREEMENT

EZA.store

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with EZA.store. We're excited to partner with you on the launch of our new Caribbean-inspired convertible duffle bag.

Please review the terms below carefully.

1. Scope of Work

The Creator agrees to produce original short-form video content featuring EZA.store's upcoming product release. This is a pre-launch collaboration, and the product is not yet publicly available.

2. Deliverables

The Creator will provide the following:

  • Four (4) short-form videos
  • Each video must be between 8–15 seconds in length
  • Content should be high-quality, authentic, and suitable for digital marketing use
  • The product should remain the primary focus of each video

3. Compensation

  • Total compensation: $100 USD
  • $25 USD per approved video
  • Payment will be issued within 7 days of final content approval
  • Payment method will be confirmed (PayPal, Zelle, Wise, or bank transfer)

4. Content Standards & Brand Alignment

EZA.store is a faith-based brand, and all content must reflect values consistent with Christian principles.

Content should meet the following standards:

  • Wardrobe: Modest and conservative attire (no revealing, tight-fitting, sheer, or cropped clothing; no hemlines above mid-thigh)
  • Behavior: No profanity, suggestive or sexualized conduct, alcohol, drugs, smoking, or party settings
  • Visual Focus: The product should be clearly highlighted
  • Tone: Positive, respectful, practical, and lifestyle-oriented

EZA.store reserves the right to request revisions or reshoots if content does not meet these guidelines.

5. Restrictions

During the term of this agreement, the Creator agrees not to:

  • Promote or feature competing bags or luggage brands
  • Share campaign details, product information, or content prior to approval

6. Usage Rights

By submitting content under this agreement, the Creator grants EZA.store a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Use the content across social media platforms
  • Feature the content on its website and in marketing materials
  • Edit content as needed for formatting or promotional purposes

The Creator agrees not to license or provide the same content to competing brands during the contract period.

7. Confidentiality

The Creator agrees to keep all non-public information confidential, including:

  • Product launch details
  • Marketing strategies
  • Internal communications with EZA.store

8. Independent Contractor Status

The Creator is engaged as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating an employer-employee relationship.

9. Agreement & Acceptance

By signing below, the Creator confirms that they:

  • Understand and agree to the expectations of a faith-based, modest content campaign
  • Will deliver four (4) videos as outlined above
  • Agree to the compensation and approval terms
  • Grant EZA.store the stated usage rights
