Hi there! We're so excited you're interested in creating content for our new Caribbean-inspired convertible duffle bag (new color launching in March 🌴✨).

Below is everything you need to know. Please read carefully and sign at the bottom.

1. Who You Are

You ("Creator") will create short-form videos showing off our new bag in real-life, practical situations. This is an exclusive opportunity — this bag isn't on the website yet!

2. What We're Looking For

• Two creators total: one for March, one for April
• 3 short-form videos per day (no posting on the Sabbath: Friday sundown – Saturday sundown)
• Focus on the bag, not your body
• Creator agrees to produce a total of 300 short-form videos of 10-30seconds each. Content may be posted either (a) across 30 active posting days, with up to three (3) videos per day, or (b) at a minimum frequency of four (4) posts per week. No content shall be posted from Friday at sundown through Saturday at sundown. On Fridays, Creator shall post one (1) video in the early morning only.
• Total compensation shall be $500 USD, paid as follows: $250 upon signing of this Agreement, and the remaining $250 upon completion of the 300 video production period.

3. Payment

Total: $500 USD per month

Payment Schedule (Option A):

• $250 when you sign this agreement
• $250 at the end of the month after all deliverables are completed

Important: Payment depends on following the posting schedule and content guidelines.

Payment will be made via [PayPal / Zelle / Wise / Bank Transfer] — we'll confirm with you.

4. Content Guidelines (Modesty & Brand Alignment)

We're a faith-based brand aligned with Christian principles. Your videos should reflect:

• Clothing: modest, conservative, no low-cut tops, no crop tops, no tight/revealing clothes, no short shorts or skirts above mid-thigh, no sheer or see-through fabrics.
• Behavior: no profanity, sexualized behavior, alcohol, drugs, smoking, tattoos, coffee, or party environments.
• Focus: the bag should be the star of your video.
• Tone: uplifting, respectful, practical, lifestyle-oriented.

We may ask you to edit or redo any content that doesn't match these standards.

5. What You're Not Allowed to Do

• Promote competing bags/luggage during the month
• Post on the Sabbath
• Share launch details publicly before we approve

6. Usage Rights

By creating content for us, you give EZA.store permission to:

• Repost your videos on social media
• Use them for advertising and emails
• Edit them for formatting

7. Confidentiality & Respect

You agree not to share:

• Product launch info
• Marketing plans
• Internal EZA.store communications

8. Independent Contractor

You are not an employee — this is a contract for your creative services only.

9. Agreement

By signing, you acknowledge that:

• You understand this is a faith-based, modest content campaign
• You agree to the posting schedule, guidelines, and payment terms
