Before You Apply
This Ambassador Agreement ("Agreement") is made between EZA.store ("Company") and the individual participating as an Ambassador ("Ambassador"). By submitting the application form below, the Ambassador agrees to the following terms:
Ambassador agrees to promote EZA.store products in accordance with the Ambassador Program Terms & Guidelines posted on the website. Participation does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
Ambassador agrees to a one-year posting commitment per product purchased or received. Content must be consistent, authentic, and posted on approved social media platforms. Failure to meet this requirement may result in removal from the program and loss of ambassador privileges.
Ambassador must comply with FTC (Federal Trade Commission) guidelines for endorsements. All promotional content must clearly disclose the relationship with EZA.store using terms such as:
• #Ad
• #Sponsored
• "Gifted by EZA.store"
• "Paid partnership with EZA.store"
Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and easily understood.
Ambassador may not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about products. All content must accurately reflect product features and the brand’s values.
Ambassador grants EZA.store a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use submitted content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. EZA.store may repost, share, or modify content with proper credit where applicable.
Compensation may include free products, discount codes, or affiliate commissions. Specific details will be provided individually.
EZA.store may terminate participation at its discretion if Ambassador fails to comply with this Agreement, FTC guidelines, or brand standards.
EZA.store reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Acknowledgment: By submitting the application form below and typing your full legal name in the digital signature field, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Agreement and the Ambassador Program Terms & Guidelines.

Each product purchased or received comes with a one-year posting commitment. As long as you remain active and continue posting consistently throughout that year, you'll keep your ambassador status and all the perks that come with it. Top ambassadors can continue beyond the initial year!
